Pumping out of pits: cost

Thanks to careful market research, process optimization, competent commercial work, cleaning of cesspools, pits, etc. has an acceptable cost.

The cost of pumping out consists of several points: the volume of the material being disposed of, the degree of urgency of the service, the regularity of the interaction, the range of transportation, and so on. In addition, the location of the cesspool plays a role. Keep in mind that with constant cooperation, we give discounts when pumping a septic tank. The minimum order is 3600 rubles. In each specific case, the total estimate is negotiated with the client, which allows to minimize the cost index for each.

In most private houses, diversion of domestic wastewater is complicated by the inability to connect to the central sewerage network. To achieve a comfortable stay, residents are forced to equip local treatment facilities, the simplest of which is a cesspool. One of the conditions for the operation of such structures is the performance of periodic treatment measures. Therefore, the owners should know how to pump out cesspool   in a private home, and which methods are most effective.

The problem of utilization of liquid domestic waste is often solved with the help of special vacuum machines, which allow for quick and high-quality sewage works. With their help, the collection, transportation and discharge of iron ore in the processing areas is carried out.

Periodic pumping out of drains - a feature of operation local systems   sewage systems

For your information. The vacuum machine (ilosos) is an automobile chassis on which the following equipment is installed: a tank, a vacuum pump, a receiving hose, reloading fuses, an adjustment valve, a hydraulic pistol.

The principle of the ilososa is quite simple:

  1. The car drives up to the cesspool.
  2. If necessary, the solidified deposits are eroded by means of a gun.
  3. The suction hose is lowered into the pit and ZHBO is pumped into the tank.
  4. The collected effluents are transported to the unloading site.

To pump out a cesspool, machines are being used on the basis of different automobile chassis. In our country the greatest distribution was obtained by domestic pollutions.

KO-523 on the basis of MAZ-437041

Ilos car

With a significant volume of the tank, the model KO-523 has an excellent maneuverability, thanks to which the car easily moves in densely populated areas and across rough terrain. Filling of the tank is controlled by a special alarm system, which prevents overflow. Drain from a tank can be made in two ways: by gravity or under pressure.

Main technical characteristics of KO-523:

  • engine power: 177 kW;
  • tank volume: 8,7 m³;
  • duration of the tank full injection: 6-8 min.

KO-515 on the basis of KamAZ-4308

Ilos car

This model is capable of pumping out cesspools with a depth of 4.5 m, which is its distinctive feature. KAMAZ's running characteristics make it possible to provide sewerage services even in remote settlements from large cities, where the level of the road surface, as a rule, leaves much to be desired.

Main technical characteristics of KO-515:

  • engine power: 134 kW;
  • tank capacity: 7 m³;
  • maximum depth of capture: 4.5 m;
  • pump efficiency: 240 m³ / h;
  • duration of tank full injection: 6-7 min.

KO-520 on the basis of ZIL-497442

The plus of the sludge KO-520 is the availability of a diesel engine that meets the EURO-3 standards. Although the capacity of the unit is slightly inferior to the previous models, the effectiveness of pumping liquid household waste from cesspools does not suffer from this. A 5-cc tank, as a rule, is quite sufficient for servicing the private sector.

Main technical characteristics of KO-520:

  • engine power: 96 kW;
  • tank volume: 5 m³;
  • maximum depth of capture: 4 m;
  • pump efficiency: 310 m³ / h;
  • duration of tank full injection: 5 min.

How to dry the cesspool by yourself

If you are unwilling to pay for professional services, you can pump out the cesspool in a private house with your own hands. There are two options for implementing self-pumping.

Application of a fecal pump

Remove liquid from the pit by using pumping equipment. For such purposes, faecal pumps capable of pumping sewage   with a high level of viscosity.

For your information. Fecal pumps differ from other types of pumping equipment by channels of larger diameter, increased reliability and ability to work in an aggressive environment. Some models are equipped with special grinders, which allow processing of solid inclusions.

Fecal pump in cesspool

Depending on the design features, the faecal pumps are divided into several types:

  • Submersible. Such equipment is a sealed monoblock, mounted on the bottom of the cesspool and is able to cope with highly polluted water. Taking into account the specific environment, the body is made of corrosion-resistant metal. The maximum power of the devices reaches 40 kW at an efficiency of 400 m³ / h. Although pumps with more modest parameters are usually used for particular conditions.
  • Semi-submersible. Installation of such models is carried out on a special platform, as a result of which only the pumping part is under water, while the engine is located outside the liquid medium. In comparison with submersible units, semisubstances have smaller diameter channels and are not equipped with a chopper, so they can pump out cesspools in the absence of solid inclusions larger than 15 mm.
  • Superficial. Specifications   surface fecal pumps are inferior to the parameters of semisubmersible and, especially, submersible units. The maximum size of solid fractions that they can pass through is 5 mm. The advantage of such devices is a simpler operation. The pump is located on the surface, and the pump is pumped through a 5-meter hose.

Pitless pit cleaning

From a technical point of view, the most simple way   drain the cesspool from the water, is the use of a bucket and rope. It is used by those owners of private houses who want to save on the call of sewers and the purchase of a fecal pump.

"Dedovskiy" method of cleaning the cesspool

With apparent simplicity, this option has significant drawbacks. Firstly, it is rather laborious. For example, to drain a 3-cubic-well, 300 cycles of lowering / lifting a 10-liter bucket will be required. Secondly, in the process of settling sewage, dangerous gases are produced, so without the protection of the respiratory system, this work is strictly not recommended.

Another problem is how to dispose of sewage. Just pour them on the site can not. In addition to the spread of an unpleasant odor, it is possible to infect a fertile soil with fecal masses and permanently lose the crop. The only way out is to pump out a separate tank. Therefore, this method is best used only in emergency situations, when there is no possibility to wait for the arrival of the sewers.

Many people are interested in the question: how often do you need to pump out cesspools? The frequency of treatment measures depends on several factors, such as:

  • the volume of the well;
  • intensity of operation of the sewage system;
  • character of domestic sewage.

Important! It is impossible to allow the level of runoff to reach the outlet sewage pipe. It is better to call the sludge well in advance.

On average, the pit is cleaned 2-3 times a year. At the same time, this indicator can be significantly reduced by applying special biological preparations. Under the action of various bacteria, neutralization of harmful compounds and clarification of water are carried out, which can even be used to irrigate the site.

Biopreparat for cesspools

It is advisable not to save on the call of the sludge and regularly siphon the cesspool in the private house. In the case of rare pumping, the probability of increasing the density of deposits on the bottom of the settler is high. To break the solidified waste, additional measures will be required, which will significantly increase the cost of the treatment.

Sewerage private house in the vast majority of cases can not be connected to the central highway, so the owners are limited to the arrangement of receiving (storage) tanks (septic tanks, cesspools, sewerage wells) on your site. The peculiarity of their functioning lies in the fact that during the operation it is necessary to monitor the level of filling.

To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the sewage system, professionals advise cleaning the wells, septic tanks and cesspools with a certain periodicity, which is determined by the type of system. Note that even a septic tank without pumping (an automatic cleaning station) also needs pumping, its periodicity is much less (every 5-7 years).

The simplest and most inexpensive way of arranging the sewerage sewage receiver is to install a septic tank, but it is put on plots that are built relatively recently, the owners of older ones country houses   or cottages have a cesspool in their area.

Note. At present, the device of cesspools is prohibited at the legislative level, as an object unsafe for the environment.

Nevertheless, the principle of the single-chamber septic tank and cesspool is similar in many respects. Accordingly, the pumping of septic tanks and cesspools is carried out according to one scenario.

How to pump a septic tank and cesspool

All methods and methods by which a storage tank for a sewer can be emptied (a septic tank or a cesspool) are divided into three varieties:

1. Automatic pumping of septic tanks and cesspools

Special equipment is used for the work - a sewage machine equipped with a capacious tank (allows to take out all the waste at a time), a hose and a pump. Depending on the type of pump, the pumping methods will differ:

  • ylosos. A cheap and effective procedure that allows not only to eliminate the accumulated waste water, but also to remove the bottom silt together with a part of the soil (depth up to 1 mp). This allows to restore the absorbency of the soil at the bottom of the cesspool. It should be noted that it is possible to pump out the cesspool, which is simply excavated in the ground, without reinforcing the walls (dacha option) only by the silt;
  • hydrodynamic cleaning. Technological feature   in the possibility of further cleaning the walls of the septic tank from the formations and deflating its contents completely;
  • vacuum pumping. Using a vacuum pump allows you to pump out the septic tank in minutes, without any dirty work. Among the presented ways, this is the most expensive, but the only one, after which there is no smell and dirt.

The cost of the services of the sewage machine is determined by a number of factors, the key of which can be considered the distance of the object and the volume of pumped out drains. The order of prices is given in the table

Note. The undoubted advantage, which is noted by all users, is that the attraction of special equipment allows not to worry about recycling of pumped out drains.

2. Chemical or biological pumping of septic tanks and cesspools

Chemical purification is that special chemical reagents are poured into the storage tank for sewerage, which act on sewage with the course of oxidation and neutralization reactions. This method is used as a preliminary or final step before bio-purification.

Biological cleaning of a septic tank is the use of biogranules (tablets, powders) that reduce the density of waste.

Note that in the case of using these methods, a cesspool without pumping will be fully functional. But only if the following conditions are met:

  • the cesspool is excavated at the dacha, which is used periodically;
  • it is intended only for faeces or the volume of wastewater is small;
  • the pit has a sufficiently large volume and, importantly, a large bottom area, which will allow increasing the area for water flow into the soil.

If these conditions are not met, you still have to do the pumping, and the use of chemical and biological agents will only delay this procedure.

3. Mechanical pumping of septic tanks and cesspools

The group of mechanized pumping methods combines two methods:

  • manual "grandfather's". It involves cleaning the cesspool with a bucket with a rope. This method is used extremely rarely, because this procedure is not very pleasant, the contamination of the site in the cleaning site is not ruled out, and the drained drains need to be disposed of somewhere;
  • using a pump. The pump for evacuating the septic tank becomes the best compromise between the reluctance to do the work manually and pay for the call of the sewer machine.

Pumps for pumping cesspools and septic tanks

There are three types of pumps for pumping sewage:

1. Surface (horizontal) pump

Installed near the septic tank, and in the septic tank, only the sleeve will be fixed. Allow to pump out waste water of high temperature, however without the presence of solid constituents (no more than 5 mm).

Surface pumps feature:

  • mobility (dismantled after pumping and can be used to perform work on pumping the next tank);
  • low weight;
  • simplicity of installation;
  • availability of chopper;
  • the possibility of air cooling, which allows to extend the life of the motor;
  • the lowest cost of the pump among other varieties.

Users note that the number of flaws exceeds the advantages, so the pump has not gained popularity. Among the cons:

  • low power;
  • restrictions on the depth of immersion (up to 8.5 mp);
  • insecurity of the unit against moisture;
  • it is advisable to install a protective cover when operating in the cold season.

Nevertheless, when choosing a pump for pumping a cesspool, most often prefer superficial.

2. Semi-submersible (vertical) pump

For pumping, the pump is placed in the depth of the drains in such a way that the engine remains on the surface, and only the working part is placed in the reservoir.

Pluses:

  • the pump is equipped with a float switch;
  • there are no restrictions on the length of the hose (depth of pumping).

Disadvantages:

  • absence of shredder. Therefore, it can only accept sinks with a solid fraction not larger than 15-50 mm (determined by the diameter of the pipe).

3. Submersible pump

The most popular version of the pump, despite its higher price.

Benefits:

  • resistance to aggressive environment. The body of submersible pumps is made of a durable material that is not susceptible to corrosion: cast iron or steel;
  • significant operating power - 40 kW (maximum);
  • the volume of waste pumped per hour is 400 cubic meters;
  • height of uplift - 40 mp;
  • equipped with a chopper;
  • the presence of an automatic float switch, which makes it possible to automate the operation of equipment.

One of the important conditions for the functioning of fecal pumps is periodic cleaning, which is performed every 3 months. on condition of non-stop pumping (for example, part of the pressure line) and the addition of oil (every 2 thousand hours of operation).

Which pump to choose for pumping septic tanks and cesspools

The correct choice of the pump for pumping out the sewage system is based on the following factors:

  • type of pump. Pushes the installation requirements;
  • the size of the equipment (important if the narrow neck);
  • maximum immersion depth;
  • performance and other technical parameters;
  • restrictions on the temperature regime, working environment;
  • restrictions on the size of the solid fractions;
  • degree of automation: the presence of a remote control, a float sensor, etc .;
  • availability of guarantees for equipment and the possibility of service.

Among the famous domestic brands can be identified: Topas, Tver Gileks, Aster.

To understand the variety of brands of pumps will help marking:

  • numeric marking - only relatively clean wastewater (up to 5 mm) is pumped out;
  • letter F - drains with a fraction up to 30 mm;
  • the letter H - grinds the drains of any fraction (within reasonable limits).

The cost of pumping equipment varies in a wide range (from 2 to 20 thousand rubles.), Depending on the type, manufacturer, country of origin and characteristics of the pump. The cost of foreign analogs is presented in the table

Installation of a pump for pumping septic tanks and cesspools

Procedure:

  • installation of guides on the walls of a septic tank (cesspool). Excludes the possibility of changing the angle of the pump;
  • installation of a branch pipe at the bottom of the pump (responsible for evacuating the sewage) and a coupling, the task of which is to fix the pump on a gravel cushion or septic tank bottom;
  • connecting the chain (cable) to the pump housing. With it, the pump is immersed to the lowest possible point;
  • connection of the pump to the mains.

During operation, the pump needs preventive inspection and maintenance, which consists of flushing with clean water, checking the oil level, replacing the chopper.

Our company provides a wide range of sewage treatment services   and removal of sewage in the north of Moscow and the Moscow region, including such settlements as Sergiev Posad, Pushkino, Korolev, Mytischi, Shchelkovo and many others. We have at our disposal modern sewer machines   and other latest equipment, and most importantly, experienced skilled professionals. We are ready to perform any work on pumping and disposal of waste in the fastest possible time, with observance of all required rules and norms and without harm to the environment.

How much does the septic tank take?

The price of service directly depends on the scope of work:

The cost of pumping, removal and disposal of 1 cubic meter. meter of waste on average from 300 rubles (minimum volume 4 m³)

The cost of one hour of work of the sewage machine is from 1800 rubles.

If a private house   is far from the sewer system, it is logical that the connection to it is simply unrealistic. In such cases, an alternative is used in the form of a septic tank - an autonomous sewage system.

The septic tank is contained in a sealed enclosure, it does not emit smells and does not allow pollution of the environment. And most importantly - it's easy maintenance - only required once a year pumping out septicacenes, at the same time, remain at an affordable loss.

Cleaning price of cesspools and toilets

Cesspools are a traditional and more obsolete variant of septic tanks. But still it is widely used in private homes, which it is not possible to connect to of general sewerage. Self cleaning of cesspools is an unpleasant and difficult task. . In addition, it is necessary to solve the issue of recycling. Therefore, it is best to turn to professionals in their field.
