Mikhail Degtyarev deputy biography. Degtyarev, Mikhail Vladimirovich. Birth and family

Behind

Yaroslav Nilov

State Duma deputy, deputy leader of the LDPR faction, chairman of the Duma Committee on Affairs of Public Associations and Religious Organizations

I have known Mikhail Degtyarev for quite a long time through work; before his election to the State Duma, he was a deputy of the Samara Regional Duma. Every time we, as part of the delegation of the LDPR faction headed by its leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, came to the Samara region, Degtyarev always organized all the events well. Everything was always clearly and competently planned. I remember him then as an active, creative young man who came up with various new forms of propaganda.

He is a team man, a man of his word.
He can perform, he can speak, he has intelligence.
He is deputy chairman of the science committee. Master of Sports in fencing.
He is a strong family man, he has very correct views on family values and relationships: he has two children and lives with his wife.

If Degtyarev wins, he will be a modern, creative, commanding mayor. If elected, of course, there will be a new team of young and energetic people who are not burdened with all these Luzhkov ties. They think exclusively using modern methods - how they should, how they can and how they should. We live in the age of the Internet, but today many people are still trying to count their accounts—which, by definition, we simply cannot have in the LDPR.

On September 8, 2013, in the Moscow mayoral elections, Mikhail Vladimirovich received 2.86% (66,532 votes) and took fifth place out of six.

On June 20, 2018, the Moscow city branch of the LDPR again nominated State Duma deputy Mikhail Degtyarev as a candidate for the election of the capital's mayor.

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, speaking at the conference, noted that Moscow is “the richest, most cultural city, capable of organizing events of any scale.” According to the politician, “the mayor of Moscow in terms of status corresponds to the chairman of the Russian government.”

Introducing Degtyarev, Zhirinovsky emphasized that the candidate received a good education, he is a master of sports in fencing and the father of three sons. “This is a person who meets the highest requirements today, we will all help him, including me,” said the LDPR leader.

“Personally, I consider my main task in the elections to show a high class of political game,” Degtyarev said. Among the points of his election program, Degtyarev named the fight against crime and the development of tourism, the news reported.

On the day of his nomination, Mikhail Degtyarev arrived at a meeting with municipal deputies, organized by the Council of Moscow Municipalities.

Degtyarev first congratulated him on the excellent start of the 2018 World Cup, and then invited deputies to support as many mayoral candidates as possible.

“It is a sign of a mature democracy to have a large and complete ballot. It is necessary to show that Moscow is a mature democracy,” said the LDPR candidate.

Mikhail Degtyarev noted that a lot of good things are being done in Moscow, tourism is developing, but suggested that income from tourists should also go to the residents of the capital. “All Muscovites should receive income from every tourist; if there are tourists, welfare should grow,” Degtyarev said.

At a meeting at which the candidates introduced deputies to their programs in order to then obtain signatures to overcome the municipal filter, Mikhail Degtyarev expressed the hope that the large number of tourists would have some benefit for the wallets of Muscovites. After that, he was asked what is the attitude of the LDPR towards LGBT tourists?

“Well, let's turn to the Constitution. Everyone is free to choose their own orientation, let them do what they want, the main thing is that they do not break the law. What they do in a hotel room is of no concern to me as mayor. Personally, I voted for the law to counter the influence of this information on children, here I am against it, the child cannot filter, when he grows up, let him make a choice. We will not hinder LGBT tourists. We will drown them in love here in Moscow,” answered Mikhail Degtyarev, reports the “SP” correspondent.

Mikhail Degtyarev performed unsuccessfully in the elections; he took only 4th place. Sergei Sobyanin won 70.17 percent of the votes in the 2018 Moscow mayoral elections. 1,582,762 votes were cast for the current mayor. Views of Mikhail Degtyarev

In 2013, a parliamentarian from the LDPR faction and candidate for mayor of Moscow, Mikhail Degtyarev, introduced a bill that would allow, through the courts, to deprive those who like to make noise in an apartment for repeatedly disturbing the peace and quiet of citizens.

Then Mikhail Degtyarev announced that he intended to propose amendments to the law “On Blood Donation.” According to the parliamentarian, this initiative is not discrimination, since 65% of those infected with HIV are gays.

Degtyarev, who is deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science and High Technologies, explained that doctors will find out the sexual orientation of donors by asking citizens about it before donating blood. The people's representative recalled that a ban on donating blood for homosexuals is in force in the United States, as well as in many European countries.

Then the Parliamentarian proposed to assign such traditional features as a red nose, a long caftan and the Snow Maiden to Father Frost, so that the domestic symbol of the New Year would not be supplanted by its American counterpart, Santa Claus.

“Santa is replacing our symbols,” Degtyarev said. “It undermines cultural sovereignty and the sovereignty of the spirit.”

According to him, the idea to ban any image of Santa Claus on Russian territory came to his mind after he saw Santa in the hall of the State Duma.

Mikhail Degtyarev sent an appeal to the Russian Language Institute. V.V. Vinogradova Russian Academy of Sciences, in which he recalled that until 1917 in Russia, Ukrainian territories were called Little Russia or Little Russia.

Mikhail Degtyarev told reporters that he wants to achieve the use of the term “Little Russia” along with the official name of the country. According to him, politicians and media representatives should be the first to start calling Ukraine Little Russia, and only then will other Russian citizens pick it up.

Also, according to Mikhail Degtyarev, it is necessary to replace the current white-blue-red flag of the Russian Federation with the imperial black-yellow-white tricolor. A member of the LDPR faction in the State Duma is confident that this needs to be done, since Russia is again becoming a real empire, as evidenced, for example, by the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation and the growth of patriotic sentiments. Mikhail Degtyarev is confident that the flag, under which “our ancestors won brilliant victories, is still capable of uniting all citizens of Russia today.”

Mikhail Degtyarev appealed to the Russian Foreign Ministry with a request to check who owns the lands of the former Russian settlement in California. The parliamentarian has already sent a corresponding request to the department, the news reported.

According to Degtyarev, the entire history of the United States in the sphere of building a state and taking possession of land and property is murder, robbery and terror. “But we are not Indians who were evicted by the Americans,” said the deputy. “We are Russians and we just want to get money for our land according to the law.”

In May 2018, the head of the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs, Mikhail Degtyarev, told reporters that he had sent a parliamentary request to the Ministry of Health, in which he called for Moscow to be given the status of a resort city.
