Cut the avocado lengthwise and remove the seeds. Thus, we get 4 boats. We make small cuts inside each and pour lemon juice over them. Chop onions and boiled eggs, fill with avocado with this mixture. Place half a tablespoon of mayonnaise and 2 sprats on top.

Salad with croutons, tomatoes and sprats

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • sprats – 200 g
  • white crackers – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic – 3-5 cloves

Drain the excess oil from the sprats and cut them into small pieces. Mix them with crackers, chopped garlic and tomato slices. Add a little mayonnaise and serve immediately so that the salad is crispy.

  • arugula – 50 g
  • iceberg lettuce – 50 g
  • quail eggs – 5 pcs.
  • sprats – 1 jar
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.

  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

Mix greens, cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add halves of quail eggs and whole sprat eggs. Mix vinegar with oil and pour this juice over the salad.

First of all, we prepare all the necessary components of the “Fish” sprats salad. Boil carrots and potatoes for 15-20 minutes, eggs - 7-8 minutes. Then we put these ingredients in cold water, after which we take them out and thanks to this we can easily peel off the shells and outer vegetable skin. Open the sprats and place them in a small salad bowl. Wash two types of cucumbers thoroughly (salted and fresh). We clean the head of the blue onion and rinse it under running water.


Separate the whites of boiled eggs from the yolks. We grate the latter together with the potatoes on a coarse grater.


On a cutting board, finely chop the blue onion for our sprat salad and sprinkle it all over with a small amount of vinegar. If desired, you don’t have to use the latter, but pour hot water over the vegetable to remove its bitterness.


Cut fresh and pickled cucumber into small cubes on a hard surface.

And from the financial side, they turn out to be quite acceptable. These salads easily fit into the everyday table and will be a delicious addition to any family breakfast or dinner.

Delicious salad with sprats

A recipe that has no equal!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs,
  • 1 can of sprat,
  • crackers,
  • 1 can of mushrooms,
  • 1 medium onion,
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Boil the eggs. Cut the onion into half rings and fry.

We cut the mushrooms and fry them separately. Let it cool.

Mash the sprats with a fork.

Mash the crackers (if large).

We make the salad in layers:

2 eggs on a coarse grater
-sprats
- fried onion
-mayonnaise
-crackers
-mayonnaise
-mushrooms
-2 squirrels on a coarse grater
-mayonnaise
-2 yolks on a fine grater.

Delicious salad with sprats and cheese


Ingredients:

  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • sprats - 1 jar;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 70-80 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Boil and cool the carrots and eggs.

You can cook everything in one pan, remove the eggs 8-10 minutes after the water boils, and leave the carrots to cook for another 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion into medium cubes or half rings.

Mix hot water with vinegar approximately 1:1 and pour in the onion.

Leave for at least 20-30 minutes. Before using, drain all the liquid from the onion.

Remove the sprats from the oil. Crush them with a fork and mix with onions.

Cover the dish with lettuce leaves, put a layer of sprats and onions on it and grease with mayonnaise.

Peel the cooled carrots and grate them.

Place the sprat on top and grease it too.

Grate the eggs or chop them with a fork. We lay them out in a third layer and add mayonnaise again.

Grate the cheese with the fine side of a grater and sprinkle on the salad.

Decorate with sprigs of greenery and serve.

Salad with sprats, tomatoes and croutons

Ingredients:

  • tomato – 2-3 pcs.;
  • cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • crackers – 80-100 g;
  • oil sprats - 1 jar;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

We wash the tomatoes and cucumbers under a tap with running water and cut them.

Remove the sprats from the oil and cut into several pieces.

Place tomatoes and sprats in a bowl, add crackers.

Squeeze the garlic or finely chop it with a knife and season everything with mayonnaise.

Mix the salad and serve immediately before the croutons soften.

Add any greens if desired.

Spread this salad on bread or croutons and sprinkle with green onions.

Salad with sprats and cucumber

Ingredients:

  • sprats in oil – 1 jar;
  • fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs.;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • greenery;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Cool by pouring cold water.

Peel the cooled eggs and cut into cubes. You can use an egg slicer for this.

We also cut fresh cucumbers into cubes or strips.

Remove the sprats from the oil and cut into several pieces.

Place the sprats and eggs in a bowl. Add chopped greens.

Chop the garlic very finely or put it through a press and also put it in a bowl with the rest of the products.

Add the required amount of mayonnaise and mix.

Ingredients:

  • sprats - 1 jar;
  • corn - 1 can;
  • eggs – 4-5 pcs.;
  • green onions – 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Before you start preparing the salad, you need to hard boil the eggs. To do this, put the eggs in a saucepan with boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Then pour cold water over the eggs and wait until they cool.

Cut the cooled eggs into small cubes using an egg slicer or a knife.

We take the fish out of the jar of oil and cut them into several pieces.

Chop green onions. Place everything in one bowl, season with the required amount of mayonnaise and mix.

If serving in portioned bowls, sprinkle corn on top. A simple and tasty salad is ready.

Salad with sprats and potatoes

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
  • carrots – 1-2 pcs.;
  • sprats - 1 jar;
  • eggs – 2-3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 70-80 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Boil the carrots and potatoes until tender without removing the skins. Drain the water, cool and clean.

Separately, boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool them under cold water.

Cut the onion into half rings or medium pieces. Mix 1:1 hot water and vinegar and pour into the onion. Leave for 25-30 minutes. During this time, the onion will marinate and the bitterness will go away.

Press the sprats with a fork and mix with the onion, after draining the water from it.

Grate the potatoes and place them in a layer on a serving plate. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.

Place a layer of fish on top and again mayonnaise.

Next, make a layer of grated carrots and grease again.

We also grate the eggs and place them on the carrots. We also coat them with mayonnaise.

Add grated cheese as a final layer and leave the salad for at least 30-40 minutes.

Grated cheese can be replaced with grated processed cheese. In this case, the cheese curds are placed on carrots and smeared with mayonnaise, and eggs are laid on top.

  • green peas - 1 can;
  • sprats - 1 jar;
  • rice – 0.5 tbsp.

Preparation:

Wash the rice well several times. Boil until tender, adding a little salt to the water. If necessary, rinse the cooked rice and cool.

Drain the liquid from the peas and mix it with the rice. If desired, add a little mayonnaise.
