Ingredients:

  • Garlic-4 cloves;

Ingredients: large beets, table salt to taste, a pinch of sugar, medium potatoes, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 tbsp. spoons of medium fat sour cream.

  1. First, vegetables are boiled directly in the skins. Then they are cooled, cleaned and rubbed on a grater with the largest divisions.
  2. The prepared products are placed in a deep bowl, seasoned with a mixture of sour cream, mustard, salt and sugar, and then mixed well.

Salad of boiled beets and garlic

Ingredients: 2 raw beets, 2-3 garlic cloves, 80-90 g hard cheese, mayonnaise and salt for dressing.

  1. To begin with, the beets are washed. There is no need to clean it first. Each vegetable is wrapped in foil and baked in the oven until soft.
  2. The finished beets are peeled and grated on a grater with the largest divisions.
  3. The garlic can be passed through a press or finely chopped with a sharp knife.
  4. The cheese is grated with the largest divisions.
  5. The prepared products are placed in a bowl, salted and poured over with sauce.

The beet salad with garlic is decorated with light sesame seeds dried in a frying pan.

With added carrots

Ingredients: medium beets, large carrots, fresh garlic to taste, 7-8 walnut kernels, 80 g feta cheese, 3 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice and the same amount of orange juice, salt, a mixture of peppers.


  1. Carrots and beets are boiled until soft, after which they are cooled, peeled and grated on the coarsest grater. You can use special “Korean” cutting to make the appetizer more beautiful and appetizing in appearance.
  2. The dressing is prepared from citrus juices and chopped garlic. You can also add chopped herbs to it. The mixture is peppered and salted.
  3. Walnuts are crushed in any convenient way.

  3. The prepared products are poured into a salad bowl. Peas without brine are added to them.

The appetizer is salted and seasoned with vegetable oil.

Herring under a fur coat

Ingredients: salted herring, onion, carrot, 2 beets, salt, chicken egg, 3 potatoes, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, mayonnaise.


  1. First, boil all the vegetables (except onions) and eggs until tender. Next, these components are crushed using a coarse grater. Potatoes under a mayonnaise net with salt will become the first layer of the snack.
  2. The herring is cut - getting rid of bones and entrails. The remaining fillet is cut into medium pieces. It is spread over the potatoes.
  3. Next, scatter cubes of fresh onions sprinkled with lemon juice.
  4. All that remains is to distribute the grated carrots, eggs and beets.

Products are salted to taste and coated with sauce. Before trying the snack, you need to leave it to soak well.

Salad "Violetta"

Ingredients: 2 beets, 5 potatoes, onion, celery stalk, 130 g canned peas, olive oil, mayonnaise, salt.

  1. Potatoes and beets are boiled until soft, after which they are cut into thin slices. These components are poured into a deep bowl.
  2. Peas without brine and very finely chopped onion are added on top.

With added carrots

Ingredients: half a kilo each of carrots and beets, 1 teaspoon of table vinegar, the same amount of lemon juice and olive oil, salt, a bunch of parsley.

  2. For dressing, mix the remaining ingredients. The greens are finely chopped.

From cabbage and raw beets with horseradish

Ingredients: 380 g white cabbage, large beets, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of horseradish, an onion, 60 ml of refined oil, a bunch of various fresh herbs, table salt, a pinch of granulated sugar.


  1. The cabbage is chopped very thinly with a sharp knife, and then kneaded well with your hands.
  2. The beets are crushed using a special “Korean” grater.
  3. The onion is cut into the thinnest half rings.
  4. For the dressing, mix horseradish, butter, granulated sugar, and table salt. You can add a mixture of colored ground peppers to taste.
  5. After mixing the appetizer and adding the resulting sauce to it, the dish should be left to sit for a while.

The finished treat is decorated with chopped fresh herbs.

With garlic and nuts

Ingredients: 2 pcs. beets and sweet and sour apples, 60 g each of walnut kernels and hard cheese, 5-6 garlic cloves, sour cream, aromatic herbs.

  2. Beets are crushed in a similar way. But, if you want to make the snack more delicate in taste, you can grate it on the finest grater.

  4. Walnuts are chopped with a knife.
  5. Apples without peel and seed box are grated on a grater of any size.
  6. All ingredients are mixed in a bowl.

The appetizer is seasoned with sour cream, salted and flavored with aromatic herbs. Instead of the proposed option, you can purchase any savory ready-made sauce or use the usual mayonnaise.

Raw beets in Korean step by step

Ingredients: half a kilo of beets, 2-3 tbsp. l. table vinegar, 110 ml refined oil, ½ teaspoon of rock salt, a full small spoon of granulated sugar, dry garlic, ½ teaspoon each of ground red and black pepper, coriander.
