True, we complicated the recipe a little by decorating the cupcakes with curd cream, after all, we were having a party. If you don't want to bother, you can make cupcakes without it.

To make one cupcake in a mug you will need:

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp. cocoa and 1 tsp. peanut butter (for chocolate cake)
handful of cranberries (for cranberry muffin)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (for vanilla cake)

I can, of course, write out for a long time how, in order of turn, add flour first, then baking powder, add sugar and salt, then carefully add liquid ingredients: milk, butter and egg and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. But I think this is already obvious.

You just need to mix all the ingredients in a cup. All!

Some recipes show and tell you that you need to stir in a bowl, but I think this is stupid. The beauty of a cupcake is mixing everything in a cup without wasting extra utensils.

The mixture will take up about half the mug. This is normal; as the cake bakes, the dough will rise.

After some time, the cake rose so high that it almost came out of the mug. It was creepy. But then he goes down and everything is fine.

We parted ways and decided not to stop at cupcakes, but to decorate them with curd cream like cupcakes. I still couldn’t rest, so I wanted to give it another try.

To make curd cream you will need:

250 g cream cheese
60 g sifted powdered sugar
160 ml cream 30% (cream should be cold)
food colorings
culinary decorations

Pour cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar into a bowl. And beat with a mixer until the cream becomes thick.
