Song for the mood

Today I suggest you choose Coldplay “Up&Up”...

Let's turn it on and start! :)

Recipe:

    1. Our curd-yogurt mousse will be with gelatin. Therefore, first of all, we need to soak the gelling component in milk - let it sit for an hour.

Agar-agar - the so-called "algae gelatin" - can also be used. But keep in mind that the consistency will be slightly different.

    2. Meanwhile, we will mix cottage cheese with yogurt using a blender. A mixer will also work, but then it’s better to first grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Be sure to take classic, unsweetened yogurt - without any additives.

    3. After an hour, put the gelatin in milk on low heat. We will stir and wait for it to completely dissolve.

Under no circumstances should you bring it to a boil!

    4. Ready to turn your blender or mixer back on? ;) We need to mix all the products together: gelatin with milk, cottage cheese with yogurt, cherries and a little sweetener - to your taste.

By the way, cherries are my choice. :) You can cook with any other berries or fruits.

    5. And now, while the still liquid mousse is poured into the mold, we are surprised: “How, is that all done already?!” ;)

Yes all! All that remains is to put the dessert in the refrigerator and be patient. After all, he needs to stand there for 4 hours.

If it is difficult to remove later, carefully immerse the mold in hot water - the treat will melt a little and come out!

Repetition is the mother of learning! ;) Watch the video recipe and don’t say later that you don’t know how to make a wonderful mousse! ;)

And he really is a real miracle! :)

  • Thanks to cottage cheese, yogurt and gelatin, it turned out to be super protein-packed!
  • And thanks to cherries, they are rich in vitamins and very tasty.
  • Because of its tenderness, it will be a joy for children who do not like grainy cottage cheese. Well, I’ve already shown you how low-calorie it is! :)

And isn't it all magic? Isn't it a miracle? ;) However, do not forget that I have plenty of such miracles!
